The very first wine produced by the estate and appropriately named after owner and the heart of Querceto, Laura Di Battista.

Named after the striking Podalirio species of butterflies (also known as Swallowtail), our single-varietal Merlot made its introduction to our range of wines back in 1999. This is a terroir-driven Merlot that surely gets more beautiful with age.

Sei is the number six in Italian and there were many instances of this number coinciding with the production the wine. This single-vineyard wine comes from a special selection of grapes in a vineyard area measuring 6.66 hectares with a vine density of 6,666 vines per hectare. The tonneaux barrels we predominantly use hold 666 bottles of wine and our Laura was born in 6/6/46.

This limited release wine was crafted in honor of the 20th anniversary of the winery. It is an elegant wine showcasing the best of our Sangiovese and Merlot grapes.

A Cabernet Franc grown 500 meters above sea level, Jac is the embodiment of elegance and passion.

Our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil has all of the distinct and beautiful characteristics of Tuscan olive oils - green, grassy and a bit peppery with an intoxicating nose. We hand-picked our Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio olives the first week of November and Mother Nature was quite kind leading up to the harvest.
